the bin of sin

So we still don’t know what’s in the barrel, but whatever it is it stinks! Let’s get strait to it.

Aria tells Ezra that she got into college and that the way she got in was by writing a letter to Jackie painting their relationship as the biggest mistake of her high school career. She is surprised when he reacts positively to the news. He later realizes that some of what she said in the letter held some truth, like that she missed out on high school stuff (A might have been a factor as well) so he decides that maybe for college she should take a break from him. If you love something set it free it if loves you it will come back. Anyway when Aria takes a look at her yearbook she has no activities listed (even though we saw her help with a play and be in a choir) so she might agree with Ezra. Also at some point she gets locked in a freezer but we will discuss that later.

The liar with the least action this episode was Emily. She does save Aria and Spencer from A freezing them and might just be getting a new love interest (which I guessed would happen, see last week’s post) but by far was the least interesting liar this week.

Then there is Spencer. She sees that Mona’s laptop is moving so gets Aria and Emily to follow it. They think that Hanna is stealing the evidence to destroy it. Hannah was going to steal it but was too late and the other liars follow the laptop to an abandoned ice cream factory where A locks Spencer and Aria in a freezer and Emily breaks them out in the nick of time. This reminded me of A locking Caleb in the Kiln two weeks ago. A stop locking people in extreme temperature places its getting old. Spencer and Toby are having some issues, he joined the police force to help the liars but Spencer feels his loyalties are with his job and not her. We don’t see Johnny or whatever the guy’s name is that lives in her barn, this week but my guess is that Toby is out and Johnny is in.

Convinced that she is going to be framed for Mona’s murder, Hannah plans to destroy all the evidence that Spencer and Caleb found in the storage unit last week. She gets Caleb to help her but when they break in everything is gone but the barrel. Before they can take that, Detective Tanner and Officer Toby arrive and call a hazmat team to get the barrel, so we still don’t know what or who is in it. Hannah’s mom splits entirely from Jason both in work and romantically. She is not planning to tell Ted about Jason because she thinks it would hurt him too much. A will use this later, A had video of Hannah and Caleb planning to steal the evidence in Hannah’s kitchen, A quite possibly has video of her mom and Jason. By the end of the episode she makes up her mind and puts on the engagement ring Ted gave her last week (the wedding is scheduled for June 5, inside joke). Personally I think that she should tell Ted, I just know it will come back to bit her in the butt.

·        I love how everyone always has a love interest and is never single for more than a week

·        What happened to Sydney? We haven’t seen her in a while

·        It seems like Rosewood is just protected by Detectives Tanner and Holbrook and Officer Toby, they might want to hire some more police with all the murders and other crime going on

·        I wonder how Ali is doing in jail, has Red accepted her as a member of the family?

·        Will we ever find out what’s in the barrel

Well that’s all I have to say about that

  1. Speaking of Sydney....where's Jenna?

Thanks for giving me a shout out! And I think OITNB has too much respect for itself to do a crossover episode. Sorry!
